Free Sales Tax
On top of every day low prices, Aviet.com also offers free sales tax for those customers who live outside of California, with no minimums, no memberships, and no hidden charges. California residents will pay 8.25% sales tax.
Delivery to the U.S. and Canada
Most orders placed by 11:00am EST Monday - Friday will ship the same day. Otherwise it is shipped the following business day. Shipping time is from when the item leaves the warehouse to when it arrives at your door. See shipping time below.
USPS Shipping Methods:
- First Class: 3 to 5 business days
- Priority Mail: 2 to 3 business days
- Express Mail: 1 business day
- Parcel Post: 7 to 14 business days
Items shipped to APO/FPO destinations will normally be delivered to the APO/FPO address within 5-10 business days from the ship date. Final delivery of those items will be subject to the terms and conditions of APO/FPO services.
Items shipped directly from a supplier typically are delivered within 3-4 weeks. Items ordered together may not ship at the same time; your credit card will be billed for only what is shipped.
Canadian destinations should take 7-10 business days. For urgent delivery of in-stock items, you may opt for USPS Express Mail or Saturday Delivery; please call for additional charges, which are shown in the product description.
Delays in processing orders:
If any billing information can not be verified by your credit card issuer, then your order may be delayed or canceled. Please make sure your billing information is correct when filling out the order form.
Back Order
We regularly stock every item we carry. Although every attempt is made to maintain inventory of each product, occasionally a product may be on back order. All backorders will not be held after ten business days.
Order Changes or Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel an order, please email us at customer service. Please note that Aviet processes your orders electronically. Your order may be in process within hours after you press the "Confirm Order" button. Orders cannot be cancelled or changed if merchandise has been shipped.
Returns or Exchanges
We guarantee your satisfaction on every product we sell by offering an exchange or full refund the purchase price, less shipping cost, subject to certain product specific limitations. Simply return the item to us within 14 days from receipt of merchandise. We ask that returned products must be in new condition with unfilled warranty cards and have all of its original packaging. Customer must E-Mail for authorization before return. All refunds will be issued/credited within 14-21 days after return of merchandise. Product warranties may vary.
International Orders
Most orders are shipped the next business day using USPS Global Priority Mail Method. Customers normally receive their products within 4 to 7 business days or longer depends on the country of their residence. You should expect to get your shipping confirmation email within 48 hours after order has submitted. Write us if you don't receive your products within 15 days from the date of shipping notice was sent.
